Download The Loader. You may need to go to your browser's downloads and click 'Save' twice.

Open the Battle.net/Steam launcher and login. Then right click and run the Unlock All loader as administrator. When prompted, paste your key and press enter on your keyboard.

The process of startup and virtualization may take some time, so just wait until the launcher finishes loading and says to start the game, once that happens click the play button on Battle.net/Steam.

Once the game opens, everything is automatically processed and unlocked.
